To do

Fishing

In Vojmån you will find one of Sweden's best grayling fishing. A fish that is easiest to catch with a fly rod or fly cast. If you're lucky, you can also catch really big trout. Vojmån is within walking distance from the hotel. Around Kittelfjäll, Grönfjäll and Gränssjö there are hundreds of small lakes and streams that all offer good fishing for trout and grayling. Guided tours are also available in the area.

Hiking

Around Kittelfjäll, Henriksfjäll, Grönfjäll and Gränssjö there are many nice hiking trails where you can choose between exciting and beginner-friendly trails that suit the family, high alpine peak tours or longer hikes along waterways and mountain slopes. Below we suggest some shorter and longer hikes in the area.

Canoeing, kayaking or boating

If you want to fish or just enjoy nature, there are both lakes and flowing water to explore by canoe or boat near Kittelfjäll. Join a guided tour along Vojmån and look out for beavers or take the canoe across Borkasjön and land at the twin streams and hike up to the top of Borkan.

Biking

Kittelfjäll is a fantastic place for cycling. Discover exciting family-friendly nearby trails along Vojmån or join local guides for mountain biking on the high fells. There are also many miles of scenic roads, perfect for those who want to venture out on longer rides with their gravel or road bike.

Hunting

In our area around Kittelfjäll, Grönfjäll and Gränssjö, there are large and good hunting grounds for both mountain ptarmigan and forest birds. During small game hunting, which starts on August 25, there are good opportunities to experience magnificent views while hunting for ptarmigan or capercaillie.

Via Ferrata

Our climbing trail is located in one of the world's most beautiful places. Opposite the steep mountain wall of Borkafjället, the climbing trail winds up to Lebnjiesnuenie, a beautiful south-facing mountainside. At the top, you will be rewarded with a magical view of the valley.
